At the Calphalon Cooking Center in the West Loop, Cynthia and I teamed up with other event planners to create a fabulous meal. It was an interactive and engaging dinner that would be great for a rehearsal dinner, a family get together, or any other type of dinner event!
Our menu was phenomenal... We made:

Drunken Scallop Tostadas with Tequila and Ancho Chile Salsa
Mini Apple, Roquefort and Caramelized Onion Pies with Honey
Canapés of Camembert with Olive and Orange Tapenade
Cinnamon Churros with Hot Chocolate Dipping Sauce
